Terms and Conditions Russia Visa Centre
Users who utilise the Services offered by Russia Visa Centre declare that they know and accept these general terms and conditions of use, together with the Privacy Policy which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Depending on the “applicant’s”, “your”, “user” or “consumer” location, applying and receiving the Russian visa services, below terms are agreement with the following mentioned subsidiaries which delivers the services and acts as Merchant for the Russian Visa Centre (www.russia-visacentre.com):

Introduction
Status of this document
This document constitutes a legal agreement between you, as a User, and the Russia Visa Centre Owner, and it regulates your use of the website and also the use of the services provided.
Definitions
“Terms and Conditions (or Terms, or Contract)” refers to these general terms and conditions of service, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the User and Owner. “User”, “you”, “your” and similar terms, used in the singular or plural, refer to you, the User, as a natural or as a legal person. “Consumer”: any natural person who acts for purposes that fall outside his/her commercial, industrial, artisan or professional activity; “We”, “our” and similar terms refer to the company that owns and manages Russia Visa Centre. “Service/s” means the service/s offered by Russia Visa Centre as described by these Terms and Conditions. “Withdrawal Form”: is the form to be filled out and sent to Owner in the event of withdrawal from the purchase.
Changes to the present Terms
Owner reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, duly notifying the User of such changes by email transmitted from within the website. Users are, for this reason, invited to consult the most recently updated version of the Terms and Conditions before making any purchase. A User who continues to use Russia Visa Centre after the changes are published shall be deemed to accept the new Terms without reservation.
Acceptance of the Contract
In order to avail of Russia Visa Centre, you should carefully read and accept these Terms as well as the Privacy Policy which is an integral part of this Agreement. If you do not accept the Terms you will not be able to avail of the services.

Content available on Russia Visa Centre
The content available on Russia Visa Centre is protected by copyright law and other international laws and treaties safeguarding intellectual property rights and, unless otherwise specified, Users are authorised to use such content exclusively within the limits of this clause. Russia Visa Centre grants the User a personal license to use such content for the entire duration of the Contract; this personal license is non-transferable and non-exclusive, it is exclusively for personal and never for commercial purposes, and it is limited to the device that the User is using for such content. Therefore, the User is specifically forbidden copying and/or downloading and/or sharing (save within the limits indicated below), altering, publishing, transmitting, selling, sub-licensing, processing, transferring/granting to third parties or creating works that derive in any way from the content (also of third parties) available on Russia Visa Centre, and from permitting third parties to do the same through the User or the User’s device, with or without the latter’s knowledge.
Only where Russia Visa Centre specifically permits, the User may – for personal use only – be authorised to download and/or copy and/or share certain content made available on Russia Visa Centre, provided that the User accurately cites all copyright information and other information provided by Russia Visa Centre.
Content provided by third parties
Russia Visa Centre does not moderate in advance any third party content or links appearing on Russia Visa Centre. Russia Visa Centre is not responsible for such content and for its accessibility.
Content provided by the User
Users are responsible for their own and for third-party content which they share on Russia Visa Centre by uploading such content, by inserting content or using any other means. Users indemnify Russia Visa Centre against any liability associated with unlawful dissemination of thirdparty content or with the unlawful use of Russia Visa Centre. Russia Visa Centre is not involved in any way in moderating content published by the User or by third parties, but it undertakes to intervene in cases where content is deemed offensive or illegal following notification from Users or the orders of public authorities. More specifically, Russia Visa Centre may suspend or halt the display of content if:
- complaints are received from other Users;
- a report of infringement of intellectual property rights is received;
- it considers it must do this in view of legal proceedings, or following the outcome thereof;
- such action is requested by public authorities; or
- it considers that Users or third parties could be harmed, or the availability of the Service and/or Russia Visa Centre itself could be put at risk if the content were to remain accessible through Russia Visa Centre
Rights to content provided by Users
The only rights granted to Russia Visa Centre in relation to content provided by Users are those required for the operation and maintenance of Russia Visa Centre.
Services provided by third parties
Users may use third-party services or content included in Russia Visa Centre, subject to first having read and accepted the terms and conditions of said third parties. Russia Visa Centre cannot, in any circumstances, accept liability in relation to the proper functioning or availability – or both – of services provided by third parties.
Unauthorised use
The Service shall be utilised in accordance with the provisions of the Terms. Users may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works based on Russia Visa Centre or on any part thereof;
- circumvent the IT systems used by Russia Visa Centre or by its licensees to protect the content accessible through it;
- copy, store, alter, change, prepare derivative works or alter in any manner any of the content provided by Russia Visa Centre;
- use any robot, spider, search and/or site finder application, or any other device, process or automated procedure to access, retrieve, scrape or index any part of Russia Visa Centre or of its content;
- lease, licence or sublicense Russia Visa Centre;
- defame, offend, harass, engage in threatening conduct, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others;
- disseminate or publish illegal, obscene, illicit, defamatory or inappropriate content;
- misappropriate an account used by another User;
- register or use the Service in order to approach Users to promote or sell or advertise, in any way, products or services of any type through Russia Visa Centre;
- inappropriately use Russia Visa Centre in any other manner in breach of the Terms.
Compensation and limitation of liability
Indemnity
The User undertakes to indemnify Russia Visa Centre and its Owner (and any subsidiaries or affiliates thereof, its representatives, directors, agents, licensees, partners and employees) against any obligation or liability, including any legal expenses incurred for purposes of defence in legal proceedings, which may arise based on loss caused to other Users or to third parties, associated with content uploaded online or with infringement of the law or of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of service.
Disclaimer
Artionis is an outsourced partner of the Russian Embassies & Consulates. Artionis is responsible for scheduling appointments, acceptance of applications, acceptance of visa and logistic fees, submission of applications at the Embassy and returning the passport back to the applicant/s.
It must be noted that the grant or refusal of a visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy & Consulate and Artionis is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by the Embassy, which reserves the right to ask for further documentation and to refuse the visa application.
Artionis takes every reasonable precaution while handling the documents of the applicant/s and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the applicant/s for any documents which are lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities (act of god) or any other reason outside the control of, or not arising out of a willful default of Artionis and also if documents are hand over directly to the applicant/s.
- Delivery Services – The applicant/s agrees and accepts that the courier acceptance and delivery service through which the documents are returned to the applicant/s by Artionis is operated by a third-party vendor. Artionis does not control or operate any courier company, neither does it control or operate any facility or service provided by the courier company. Artionis disclaims any and all liability for any loss or damage caused to the applicant/s in the event that his/her documents are delayed/ misplaced/ lost/ damaged by the courier company, whether such delay/ misplacement/ loss/ damage result from negligence, accident or any other cause. In no event shall Artionis and/or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever due to such delay/ misplacement/ loss/ damage of the documents, including the Applicant’s passport. Without prejudice to the aforesaid, Artionis’s and/or its representatives sole and exclusive liability in case a passport is lost or damaged in transit, is limited/restricted to the reimbursement of the amount of fees charged by the Embassy, for the replacement of a lost / damaged passport through normal application procedure and shall assist the applicant in the replacement of the lost visas. Such reimbursement of the fee amount will be made by Artionis to the applicant/s only on the presentation by the applicant/s of the payment receipt issued by the Embassy. The applicant/s agrees that the foregoing limitation of liability is an agreed allocation of risk between the parties and this limitation of liability is and shall be an integral part of this disclaimer.
Artionis or any of its officers, director, employees, agents etc. shall have no any responsibility and/or liability of any nature, for any reason whatsoever for any delays, or for loss of or damage to any visa application, passport or other documents, caused by, or occurring whilst any application, passport or document is in the possession of, any third party postal or courier service, including, during the process of transportation of visa applications, passport or other documents between Artionis and the Embassy and when being returned by Artionis to the visa applicant/s.
- Service Charges – Negotiable Instruments wherever applicable are subject to realization. The service charges once received by Artionis from the applicant/s vide demand drafts will not be refundable under any circumstances, irrespective of whether or not the desired visa is granted by the Embassy.
- Advertising – Advertising material may accompany the relevant documents at the time they are returned to the applicant/s. If the applicant/s does not wish to receive any such advertising material along with the relevant documents, the applicant/s must intimate the Artionis in advance at the time of submitting the documents.
Artionis, in its sole discretion, may change, amend, cancel or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein at any time without any prior notice. No employee of Artionis has any authority whatsoever to change / amend / amplify or withdraw any or all of the terms and conditions mentioned herein without the prior written approval of Artionis.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of operation. Any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided by Artionis to the applicant shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the country of operation.
The applicant hereby accepts and confirms that the applicant and/or his/her representative, prior to submitting the visa application, has read, understood and agreed to be bound by, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms, conditions and details provided herein.
Common provisions
Maintenance of the Service
In order to guarantee Users the optimal use and enjoyment of the Service, Russia Visa Centre reserves the right to suspend the Service if necessitated by reference to maintenance or system updates, informing Users of this by means of continuous updates.
Resale of the Service
Users are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of Russia Visa Centre and of its Services without prior written approval from Owner, guaranteed directly or through a specific resale program.
Cancellation policy
Any payments made to Russia Visa Centre are non refundable.
Privacy policy
For information on the use of personal data, Users should refer to Russia Visa Centre’s privacy policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, whether figurative marks or word marks, and any other signs, commercial names, service marks, appellation marks, trade names, illustrations, images, videos, logos which appear in relation to Russia Visa Centre are and remain the exclusive property of Russia Visa Centre or of its licensees, and are protected by applicable trademark laws and associated international treaties.
All trademarks and any other signs, commercial names, service marks, appellation marks, trade names, illustrations, images, videos, logos pertaining to third parties, and the content published by those third parties on Russia Visa Centre, are and remain the exclusive property of or available to said third parties or their licensees, and are protected by applicable trademark laws and associated international treaties. Russia Visa Centre does not own these intellectual property rights and it is entitled to use them subject to the limits and in conformity with contracts entered into with those third parties, and for the purposes indicated therein.
Age requirements
The Users declare that they are no longer minors, in accordance with laws applicable to them. In no circumstances may persons under 13 years of age use Russia Visa Centre.
Assignment of the contract
Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of as a novation transaction, or subcontract all or some of the rights or obligations under the Terms, provided that the User’s rights provided for herein are not prejudiced, and subject to the User’s right to freely withdraw from the Contract. The User will be promptly notified of any assignment of the contract.
The User may not assign or transfer in any way his/her rights or obligations pursuant to the Terms without written authorisation from Russia Visa Centre.
Communications
All communications relating to Russia Visa Centre shall be transmitted using the contact details indicated in these Terms.
Invalidity and partial nullity
If an individual provision or various provisions of these Terms are or become invalid or inapplicable, this shall not compromise the validity and applicability of the other provisions. In this case, the Parties shall replace the provision that is invalid, null and void or inapplicable with an alternative provision that is valid and applicable. The same applies, by way of analogy, in cases where these Terms contain legal lacunae.
Dispute resolution
Applicable law and Court of competent jurisdiction
These Terms and any and all disputes pertaining to the implementation, interpretation and validity of this contract are subject to the law and legal jurisdiction of the Swiss State and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lugano. An exception is made for the exclusive Consumer Court, if the law so provides.
Online dispute resolution for consumers (EU citizens only)
Consumers residing in Europe should be aware that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative mechanism for the resolution of disputes. The European consumer can avail of this mechanism to resolve – extra-judicially – any dispute involving and/or arising from contracts for the sale of goods and services which are entered into online. Accordingly, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from an online contract entered into with Owner. Your rights as Data Subject (for EU Citizens only)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you, as a data subject, have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
- The right to rectification or erasure of your personal data (Art. 16 and Art. 17 GDPR);
- The right to restriction of, or to object to the processing of your personal data (Art. 18and Art. 21 GDPR);
- The right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Please note that your rights according to 2), 3) and 4) above will only exist under certain conditions pursuant to the GDPR and may not therefore apply in relation to us. Furthermore, you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority
